The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is at the heart of Roche’s new organization, accountable for delivering better outcomes for patients, their communities, the ecosystem, and the organization, more swiftly. The PJP acts as an empowered leader and Roche’s local representative, working closely with all stakeholders involved in the patient journey within a specific therapeutic or disease area, understanding their needs, and connecting Roche’s capabilities to co-create meaningful solutions.

The Opportunity

• The PJP serves as a trusted partner and primary contact point among stakeholders involved in the patient journey, focusing on integrating external insights and Roche’s expertise to transform patient outcomes more rapidly.

• Responsible for creating significant impacts for patients and communities, collaborating with stakeholders to remove barriers and unlock opportunities to deliver value.

• Oversees the entire patient journey, acts as a system thinker to identify shared goals, and co-creates solutions. Manages Roche’s products throughout their lifecycle and promotes their appropriate use, sharing their benefits honestly with healthcare professionals.

• Shares patient and stakeholder needs internally, prioritizes resources, and drives solutions to achieve faster outcomes. Collaborates with local affiliates, network, and other stakeholders as needed.

• Ensures positive stakeholder experiences when engaging with Roche’s employees, products, and services. Develops and implements customer engagement strategies based on insights.

Who you are

• Holds a university degree in a scientific, economic, or business field; an advanced degree in Life Sciences or an MBA is a plus. Practical knowledge of digital innovation methodologies and a deep understanding of patient journeys and treatments in specific disease areas are essential.

• Has a broad understanding of Roche’s current portfolio and future pipeline, along with medical affairs strategies, including clinical research.

• Possesses in-depth knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare system, stakeholder roles, and relevant standards like the Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct.

• Has extensive experience in customer and stakeholder engagement within the healthcare system.
