The purpose of this role is to manage Patient Access Program (PAP) execution and act as the program PIC in the area by close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Plan and execute end-to-end patient program activity, communication, performance, and risk mitigation within the assigned area
  2. Serve as the Person in Contact (PIC) for matters related to patient program activity
  3. Lead improvement initiatives for patient program activity in the area
  4. Manage external PAP communication plans and process training for hospitals in the area
  5. Supervise contracts, payments, quotations, and program documentation/audit processes
  6. Oversee access administration and development for our company
  7. Assist the Patient Program & Biomarker Manager in budget planning, management, and end-to-end process mapping
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology, Medical, Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline
  • Experience in project management, patient assistance/affordability/access programs, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to execute plans effectively, with quality and timeliness, with limited supervision
