Job Description:

1. Oversee proper preparation of special dietary meals and food allergy accommodations for Guests and Crew.
2. Delegate, monitor, and review the Chefs' operational responsibilities.
3. Strive to meet and exceed guest expectations while never compromising safety and quality; take corrective action whenever necessary.
4. Ensure Disney Cruise Line and USPH Sanitation requirements are met in your area of responsibility.
5. Monitor and ensure the proper preparation and presentation of all products on the restaurant’s menus.
6. Prepare showpieces, displays, ice cream and sorbets, as well as special request items when needed.
