The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of pastry and bakery experience, with prior Chef de Partie experience preferred. You will lead a pastry team, uphold food safety and FIFO practices, and help maintain top product quality and presentation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of pastry and bakery experience.
• Chef de Partie or similar position experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cake, pastry, bakery and dessert production techniques.
• Ability to lead and supervise a pastry team, ensure quality and FIFO practices.

Aufgaben

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the pastry section.
• Ensure production of cakes, pastries, bakery items, and desserts meeting company standards.
• Supervise food preparation, production, decoration, and product finishing.
• Maintain product quality, consistency, taste, and presentation.
• Lead, guide, and supervise the pastry team in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and FIFO standards.
• Monitor raw material usage and inventory within the pastry section.
