About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Pastry Chef to join Culinary in Jumeirah Bali (National Talent). The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Oversee the preparation and baking of all pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Create innovative and seasonal dessert menus.
• To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments especially front of the house manager (Outlet Manager)
• Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance the guest experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
• To ensure property follows 100% HACCP guidelines in the workplace & following these procedures is essential

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef specializing in pastries and desserts.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including baking, decoration, and plating
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
• Knowledge of HACCP as well as general health & safety in the workplace
• Outstanding customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
