About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest distributor of heavy equipment in Indonesia. The company provides sales, rental, and after-sales services for heavy machinery used in various industries, including mining, construction, forestry, agriculture, oil & gas, and power generation.
Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of Parts and Component operations, including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory strategy, warehousing, and distribution management.
- Accountable for managing cost-effective hub-and-spoke inventory and distribution strategies, from suppliers to end customers, while ensuring Reman Product availability and proposing new items for the Indonesian market.
- Oversees supply chain administration, master data management, and reporting, as well as monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), OTIF, and Dealer Parts Excellence Programs.
- Additionally, responsible for reviewing and executing parts people development programs, evaluating operational performance across branches, and recommending improvements.
- Provides strategic support to Area GMs on capacity planning and resource allocation to enhance overall efficiency in parts operations.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of the heavy equipment industry and dealership operations.
- Expertise in supply and demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
