Parts Sales Manager APAC, Heavy Equipment

Our client, an international heavy equipment manufacturer, is seeking an APAC Parts Sales Manager to lead regional parts sales and support key customers across the region. This position reports directly to the APAC Service Director based in Thailand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute regional spare parts sales strategies to achieve revenue and order targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and guide regional teams to increase parts penetration and customer retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends, customer purchasing behaviour, and sales performance to define targeted action plans.
  • Improve quotation-to-order conversion rates and enhance customer responsiveness and service levels.
  • Coordinate with logistics and planning teams to support parts availability, delivery, and inventory optimization.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in spare parts sales or aftermarket sales within heavy equipment, machinery, or industrial B2B sectors.
  • Strong commercial mindset with solid negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and autonomous.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
