We are seeking an experienced and driven Parts Manager (Sales & Inventory) to lead our parts sales and inventory operations. If you are a proactive professional with a passion for agriculture and strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of parts sales, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, and maintain an organized and efficient parts inventory.
- Promote and sell spare parts for the agency products handled by the company.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed parts sales targets.
- Obtain competitor pricing information, make comparisons, and recommend competitive pricing.
- Ensure parts are stocked in appropriate quantities, are readily available, and troubleshoot part shortages or issues.
- Source quality parts and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of parts staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage and train a team of parts sales personnel across branches, visiting branches to assist in parts sales.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Make regular visits to branches and customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with 5 years of experience in spare parts, inventory, and warehousing management in industries such as automotive, agriculture, construction, mining, or plantation.
- Excellent managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and familiar with inventory control systems, e.g., ERP software.
- Able to work independently and lead the spare parts department personnel (sales, inventory, warehousing).
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willing to travel extensively within Indonesia.
