Job summary

PT Telkomsel Ekosistem Digital is seeking a proactive final-year student or fresh graduate to join our digital payments and partnerships team in Jakarta. You will support daily operations, manage partner communications, and help drive initiatives across product, operations, and finance teams.

You will build strong relationships with existing partners, assist in onboarding and product launches, and contribute to performance analysis and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, information systems, finance, or related field.
• Interest in Account Management, Partnership, Business Development, or the Digital Payment industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of digital payment and digital goods business to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with existing business partners by handling day-to-day communications, follow-ups, and operational requests.
• Monitor partner transaction performance, operational KPIs, and service quality, and provide regular reports and insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Legal) to resolve partner issues and ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
• Support partner onboarding, product launches, and operational readiness.
• Help identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and assisting potential partners in prospecting.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and partnership materials for meetings and discussions.
• Investigate operational issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely follow-up with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation of partner activities, agreements, meeting minutes, and action plans.
• Support business performance analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.
