Qualifications

Job description

Agent Network is currently expanding, we are targeting to grow more than 20x in 2025. In order to win the market we need to expand our supplier base upon which we can develop a competitive platform. The goals for the Partnership team are competitive, completeness and availability.

Onboarding new suppliers
  • Conduct market research, analyze market trends, identify key potential products and potential suppliers
  • Build and establish productive relationships with suppliers
  • Lead price negotiation process (liaise with Procurement Team)
  • Lead contracting process (liaise with Legal Team)
  • Define and monitor KPI and performance metrics for each supplier
  • Develop monitoring tools
  • Build effective communication channels with all suppliers for issue resolution
  • Conduct regular reporting to management
Managing supply operations
  • Monitor and ensure product availability, successful transactions, and on-time performance on the platform
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • A strong background and a minimum of 4 years experience in managing partnerships of telco products and/or partnership operations in a similar platform
  • Good communication and negotiation skills are a must
  • Strong network particularly in the telco and PPOB industry
  • Able to effectively work with multiple stakeholders
  • Capable of leading a team
  • Strong data analytical skills are mandatory and data query capabilities are a massive plus
  • Have a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and pursue business opportunities
