About the team

Agent Network is currently expanding; we are targeting to grow more than 20x in 2025. In order to win the market, we need to expand our supplier base upon which we can develop a competitive platform. The goals for the Partnership team are competitive, completeness, and availability.

Onboarding new suppliers

  1. Conduct market research, analyze market trends, identify key potential products and potential suppliers.
  2. Build and establish productive relationships with suppliers.
  3. Lead the price negotiation process (liaise with the Procurement Team).
  4. Lead the contracting process (liaise with the Legal Team).

Managing supplier base

  1. Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for each supplier.
  2. Develop monitoring tools.
  3. Build effective communication channels with all suppliers for issue resolution.
  4. Conduct regular reporting to management.

Managing supply operations

  1. Monitor and ensure product availability, successful transactions, and on-time performance on the platform.
  2. Vendor deposit management.

Minimum Requirements

  1. A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  2. A strong background and a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing partnerships of telco products and/or partnership operations in a similar platform.
  3. Good communication and negotiation skills are a must.
  4. Strong network, particularly in the telco and PPOB industry.
  5. Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  6. Capable of leading the team.
  7. Strong data analytical skills are mandatory, and data query capabilities are a massive plus.
  8. Have a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
