Kozystay is a fast-growing, tech-enabled hospitality brand specializing in short-term rentals of premium and unique accommodation experiences across Indonesia’s top destinations. We combine the quality of a hotel with the comfort of a vacation rental, offering guests a seamless and exceptional stay. As we expand our presence in Bali, we are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Partnership team to develop and manage strategic partnerships in the region.

As the Partnership Senior Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with key vendors to enhance the guest experience at Kozystay properties. This includes collaborating with service providers such as massage & spa brands, transportation companies, entertainment venues, restaurants, and cafes. Your role will be crucial in expanding Kozystay’s value proposition and creating unique offerings for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish partnerships with vendors across hospitality-related services, including wellness (massage/spa), transportation, entertainment, and dining
• Develop win-win collaborations that benefit both Kozystay and its partners, ensuring added value for guests
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with vendors to secure the best deals while maintaining premium service quality
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to integrate partnerships into Kozystay’s guest experience and promotional efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and service excellence
• Monitor partnership performance and optimize agreements to maximize guest satisfaction and business impact
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities to continuously improve Kozystay’s service portfolio

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field within hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle industries
• Strong network and knowledge of Bali’s hospitality, tourism, and lifestyle ecosystem
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and leverage partnership opportunities
• Proactive, resourceful, and self-driven with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
