Job Overview:

The Partnership Manager is responsible for identifying and developing international business partnerships with strong potential in the Indonesian market. This role involves guiding international partners in defining market entry strategies and supporting them throughout the setup and expansion process in Indonesia.

Job Description:

1. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, product trends, and challenges in Indonesia.
2. Introduce GudangAda and its services to potential international partners.
3. Present Indonesia's market potential and business opportunities to partners.
4. Provide advice on company setup schemes and create partnership proposals for GudangAda’s services.
5. Support partner onboarding, including legal entity registration, product certification, licensing, importation, and product readiness.
6. Prepare and negotiate terms for business partnership agreements.
7. Collaborate with sales, partnership, and marketing teams to develop effective, localized marketing strategies.
8. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential international partners and third-party stakeholders (legal consultants, certification bodies, import agencies, etc.).
9. Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
10. Ensure compliance with international regulations and adapt strategies to Indonesian market conditions, with a strong understanding of international trade laws.
