Overview

Our client is a fast-paced growing CRM, AI-based Marketing Automation startup combined with Generative AI & Multi Language support. Currently, we are helping them in seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative/Partnership Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake classic BDR work: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients and partners in the Indonesian market; reach out via multiple channels and create unique strategies to enhance conversion rates [target: deliver meetings for the AEs].
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners and explore opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the central BDR team to stay updated on the latest processes and strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure successful partnership integrations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in BDR or partnerships management, preferably in the tech or marketing sectors.
  • Strong network within the Indonesian business community with a track record of successful deal-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
