A leading company in Indonesia seeks a Partnership Manager to identify and manage strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include negotiating agreements, creating go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should have a strong background in strategic partnerships and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
Identify, evaluate, and secure new strategic partnership opportunities.
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, contracts, and performance expectations.
Collaborate with marketing, product, legal, and finance teams to implement partnership programs.
Develop go-to-market strategies with partners, including joint campaigns and product integrations.
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to optimize results.
Resolve partner conflicts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of partnership opportunities and relationship statuses in CRM.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities related to partnerships.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3+ years in strategic partnerships, account management, or business development.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management experience.
Proven success in building and scaling revenue-generating partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Experience in IT Industry partnerships is a plus.
