Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for increasing the number of Anchor / Partner
  2. Responsible to create activity to increase the number of Debtor from each Anchor / Partner
  3. Responsible for achievement of targets set by Management
  4. Responsible to make proposal (New and Renewal)
  5. Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
  6. Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree in any fields
  2. Proven work experience as Team Leader or Supervisor or Branch Manager is a must
  3. Experience in SME & Commercial Products for at least 5 years
  4. Having an SME & Commercial customer database
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
  6. Organizational and time management skills
