Job summary

ASTRO, Indonesia's quick commerce company, seeks a Mitra Performance & Analytics Associate to translate partner insights into strategic outputs. You will lead qualitative research including surveys, FGDs, and interviews, and design end-to-end partner satisfaction studies to drive engagement and retention across our partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of qualitative research or insights roles.
• Willingness to travel/mobile across Jabodetabek for surveys.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and curious.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative research initiatives including surveys, FGDs, and interviews to understand partner needs and experiences.
• Design, execute, and analyze end-to-end partner satisfaction surveys with actionable insights.
• Analyze partner feedback and retention data to identify trends and root causes.
• Conduct market and competitor benchmarking for partner programs and incentives.
• Develop regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and other teams to implement initiatives.
• Support retention strategies by identifying attrition drivers and evaluating initiatives.
• Stay informed of market trends and analytical tools to enhance insights.
