Une entreprise dynamique dans le secteur de l'énergie recherche un gestionnaire de partenariats passionné pour améliorer la qualité du service et la fidélisation des partenaires. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 2-3 ans d'expérience en ventes ou relations clients, couplé à d'excellentes compétences en communication. 1. Create a plan and monitor the implementation of the plan.
2. Partner onboarding, quality assurance, loyalty, and retention.
3. Support the City Manager to ensure a high retention rate, increase GMV Rides, and driver loyalty.
4. Ensure our service quality to both drivers and customers is exceptionally good to minimize complaints.
5. Manage cost-effectiveness and efficiency against results.
6. Drive communication activities and engagement with drivers.
7. Guard our partner drivers' performance.
8. Develop strategies and engage with the driver community to innovate and maintain supply.
9. Support operations and activities from other verticals impacting the company's business.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, partnership, or customer relations roles.
2. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Good project management and analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels, motivate, and empower.
6. Ability to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data and analytical thinking.
7. Self-starter with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
8. Passionate about social missions and making a positive impact in emerging markets.
