Job Description

Job summary:

Responsible for defining and effectively executing the Philips-Partner Strategy to sustainably grow the business.

Your role:

  1. Defining and effectively executing the Philips-Partner Strategy to sustainably grow the business.
  2. As a main point of contact for Partners, creating and executing a joint business plan and developing Partner capabilities to drive and achieve set (yearly) targets.
  3. Understanding the optimized Go to Market setup in the assigned territory and driving it accordingly, in alignment with Regional Management Strategy, while managing one or more Partners.
  4. Capturing and understanding Partners' business models, ecosystems, and value propositions.
  5. Orchestrating and leading Philips & Partner resources to achieve strategic objectives as specified and agreed in the Partner joint business plan, including strengthening Partner capabilities.
  6. Ensuring Partners are equipped with skills, capabilities, tools, and understanding of Philips processes & strategies to maximize profitable growth.
  7. Engaging with Partners’ sales teams and internal Philips resources on strategic/complex sales opportunities.
  8. Participating in the recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of Sales and Service Partners, and creating and implementing action plans to develop their capabilities as part of the Go to Market Strategy.
  9. Driving and managing Partner results, particularly OIT and Sales growth, aligned with Market development for both equipment and service.

You're the right fit if:

  1. Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in distributor and channel partner management.
  2. Excellent communication skills with a track record of creative problem-solving and relationship building.
  3. Experience in operations and sales, with the ability to interpret and present complex data to senior management.
  4. Experience working in and with large, complex, and matrixed organizations, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  5. Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
