Job summary

Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce fulfillment center in Bekasi, is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join the team. The role focuses on accurate picking and packing of orders in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities include accurate item picking with scanners, packing into shipping containers, labeling, maintaining a clean workstation, and meeting daily productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or order fulfillment preferred but not required.
• Able to stand, walk, lift and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using scanners according to order specifications.
• Pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product safety and presentation.
• Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
• Label packages correctly for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to warehouse cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Meet daily picking and packing productivity goals.
• Report stock discrepancies or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with receiving or restocking when needed.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
