PT Panorama Wisata Handalan is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer on a part-time basis in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. You will contribute to the design, planning, and execution of civil and structural projects, collaborating with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure safe, compliant outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and licensure, with experience in civil/structural projects and proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, or ETABS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional licensure as Civil Engineer with current registration.
• Proven experience in civil and structural projects, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS or equivalents.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations for civil infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction practices is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work part-time with reliable availability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and geological assessments to inform project planning and design decisions.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using industry-standard software.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with designs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical challenges and optimise outcomes.
• Perform structural analyses and calculations to ensure safety of civil infrastructure projects.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets with thorough record-keeping.
• Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks throughout all project phases.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
