Job Description:

Visiting regularly, both in customer’s office and in customer’s site.

Give suggestion and solution regarding heavy equipment problem especially Kobelco.

Receiving complaints that submitted by customer that related to Kobelco.

Follow up offering that has been made so it will be made into PO by customer.

Give AR confirmation letter to customer and checking AR data that customer receive (reconcile).
