Responsibilities

1. Standby for emergency and outpatient.
2. Escort medical evacuation, as well as first aid treatment.
3. Conduct daily checking of clinic necessities, such as drugs, disposables, and equipment.
4. Accountable for administrative matters, including clinic registration, medical records, and monthly medical reports.
5. Assist Doctor in conducting physical examinations, prepare and deliver medicines to patients.
6. Assist doctor in implementing wellness programs for employees and/or other company events.
7. Monitor Clinic & Medical Personnel Certificates.
8. Coordinate with HSE Dept to dispose of medical waste.
9. Coordinate with related departments to calibrate medical equipment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or minimum 2 years of experience working at a company clinic or emergency department.
• Have valid STR, Hiperkes, and BTCLS Certificates.
• Willing to work as a shift worker.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Basic conversational English is needed.
