Job Description

  • Assist in legal administrative matters including but not limited to document filing, preparing and submission of litigation and intellectual property supporting documents and/or recording of legal data;

  • Prepare regulatory update and ensure the fulfilment of legal compliance;

  • Prepare and/or review draft agreement with business partners and/or vendors;

  • Conduct legal research to ensure that the legal team provides sound legal advice for any legal issues or queries raised by stakeholders;

  • Attend administrative request raised by stakeholders (i.e. signature requests, document request, etc.); and

  • Assist in the submission and monitoring of invoices.

This position has the opportunity to be promoted to a full-time employee (permanent).

Requirements

  • Holds a law degree from a reputable university.

  • Previously worked at a reputable law firm or multinational corporation as a member of legal team.

  • Minimum (i) 2 years of active working experience in company; or (ii) 1 year of active working experience in law firm.

  • Has excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

  • Meticulous document-keeping and tracking.

  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.

  • Can work independently with minimum supervision.
