Role Description:

This is contract role for a Meta and TikTok Ads Specialist. The Meta and TikTok Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing Meta ad campaigns, optimizing ad performance, conducting market research, and developing ad strategies. The role requires daily monitoring of ad performance, budget management, and reporting on key metrics to ensure alignment with business goals. We're only interested in hiring someone junior or senior for this role.

Please only apply if you have strong data analysis and proven experience collaborating with brands to rigorously test and refine ad angles. You must be highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions and translate into insights and strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the account setup, campaigns and reporting of digital campaigns on Facebook and TikTok.
• Proactively research and execute A/B tests on ad variations to continuously improve CTR and CVR.
• Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to ensure optimal campaign performance, budget allocation, and cost-effectiveness.
