You will support tuition payment processing, verify records, coordinate consultations, and perform administrative follow-ups while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and administrative abilities.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Able to collaborate across teams.
• Experience in administration or customer/student services is a plus.
• Internship is paid and provides certificate.

Responsibilities

• Support tuition payment administration, including invoices, receipts, and payment commitment letters.
• Coordinate with Finance to verify payments, reconcile records, and update payment statuses.
• Track student responses, payment commitments, and concerns, and report unresolved issues.
• Schedule student and parent consultations, send reminders, and document follow-up actions.
• Perform administrative tasks assigned by the Admission Retention PIC.
