Job summary

Mondelez Indonesia is seeking a skilled Maintenance Leader for our Java/West Java manufacturing operations. You will own line technology, preventive and breakdown maintenance, and drive TPM initiatives to ensure stable, safe, and efficient production.

You will coach technicians, manage repairs and maintenance budgets, and collaborate across asset/reliability teams. The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background, experience with filling/packing lines, and proficiency in PLC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environments with filling/packing lines.
• Strong knowledge of PM and AM principles and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead line maintenance to achieve SQCDSM targets.
• Own line technology, centerline settings and PM progress.
• Manage R&M budget and develop preventive maintenance plans.
• Develop technicians’ technical and maintenance skills.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements.
