Job description

Built on the values of simplicity, freshness, and trend-driven innovation, the brand aims to deliver an efficient, high-quality casual dining experience. The first outlet will also house a compact food production area located on the upper floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire operations of the outlet, including the production kitchen
  • Lead, train, and supervise the outlet team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain high standards of guest service, food quality, and hygiene
  • Manage inventory, supply chain coordination, and stock control systems
  • Ensure all operational procedures and company standards are followed consistently
  • Support the development and execution of local sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on outlet performance, staffing, and guest feedback to management
  • Drive team productivity and foster a positive, results-driven work environment
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food & beverage or quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficient in operational systems, team management, and guest service practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full ownership of operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with basic marketing or promotional activities is an advantage
