• Provide warm, friendly customer service to all visitors and students.
• Maintain cleanliness of the branch including pool area and reception.
• Support front desk operations and assist with class coordination.

Job Responsibility

• Provide warm, friendly customer service to all visitors and students
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the branch (pool area, changing rooms, reception)
• Support front desk operations (attendance tracking, admin tasks, etc.)
• Assist with class coordination and daily branch routines
• Report and escalate any issues or emergencies to the Branch Manager
• Ensure a clean, cheerful, and well-organised learning environment

• Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
