Job summary

APP Group is seeking an Information & Intellectual Property Security for Operation Technology Information Security to strengthen OT information security initiatives. The role focuses on industrial cybersecurity in OT/ICS environments, implementing best practices and guiding security roadmaps.

On-site work at Serpong, Banten, with collaboration across automation teams and external vendors. The candidate will design policies, supervise security audits, and drive incident response and drills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, OT Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of deployment, operation, and maintenance of industrial security solutions.
• Familiarity with PLC, DCS, and SCADA architectures from major vendors.
• Solid understanding of Industrial Ethernet and protocols (Modbus/TCP, Profinet, Ethernet/IP).
• Ability to identify and analyze abnormal network traffic through packet capture.

Responsibilities

• Design and update OT Network Security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate the OT InfoSec Management Group with OT Operations Managers and Engineers.
• Propose and drive the implementation of OT InfoSec continuous improvement initiatives and roadmap.
• Manage OT InfoSec-related projects and monitor progress against the roadmap.
• Conduct regular on-site security reviews, audits, and risk assessments across facilities.
• Establish OT InfoSec incident response and handling processes and annual drills.
• Provide regular reports to the IIPS Indonesia Team Leader regarding risks and progress.
