Job summary

Medco E&P Indonesia is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to protect IT and industrial control system environments. You will conduct vulnerability assessments, perform penetration testing on IT & OT systems, and assess security controls across internal processes.

The role requires hands-on ICS/OT security work with PLC, DCS, SIS, HMI, and SCADA environments, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• OSCP certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• Hands-on experience with ICS/OT environments (PLC, DCS, SIS, HMI, SCADA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills; proactive and detail-oriented.
• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• To provide IT security consultancy to various users and projects especially related to IT system & industrial control system.

Job description

To protect company network, IT systems, and Industrial Control System from cyber-attacks, to manage day to day IT security operation, to create and maintain cybersecurity and industrial control system security policies and practices, and to serve as Subject Matter Expert on Industrial Control System information security-related projects and initiatives assigned.

Role and Responsibilities

Job Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong focus on penetration testing and control systems security.
• OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• Hands-on experience with **ICS/OT** environments and security practices, including PLC, DCS, SIS, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
