Job summary

PT. Daewoong Pharmaceutical Indonesia is seeking an experienced OSD Production - Dispensing Staff in East Cikarang, West Java. You will operate and maintain specialised equipment for tablets and capsules, ensuring quality and safety in manufacturing processes.

The role requires a Pharmacy degree, strong English, GMP knowledge, data integrity, and proficiency with MS Office. You will participate in training, CAPA, and production-related education while contributing to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy required; engineering/sciences background considered.
• Strong written and spoken English skills are essential.
• Fundamental knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially oral dosage form.
• Solid GMP knowledge and data integrity practices.
• Ability to process and interpret statistical data.
• Proficient with computer and MS Office; basic AI concepts understood.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review GMP documents related to manufacturing.
• Create or revise SOPs for production and document traceability.
• Maintain data integrity following ALCOA principles across the lifecycle.
• Review batch records and operate manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Monitor processes, identify issues, and coordinate root-cause actions.
• Lead CAPA, change control and training for recurrence prevention.
• Support process validation, cleaning validation, and qualification activities.
• Prepare URS for new equipment purchases and manage related procurement.
