A leading financial services company in Indonesia is seeking an ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT & TALENT MANAGEMENT MANAGER. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in talent management and organizational development. Responsibilities include driving employer branding strategies, ensuring quality recruitment, and leading organization design initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in change management programs.
Drive employer branding and talent attraction strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
Ensure quality recruitment and onboarding processes that align talent with business needs.
Lead organization design and career pathing to support scalability and workforce growth.
Develop and maintain competency frameworks and support role clarity through job analysis and evaluation.
Design and implement performance management systems that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
Utilize talent and performance data to guide strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
Champion organizational culture, engagement, and change management initiatives to drive alignment and motivation.
Monitor and measure engagement metrics, and lead actions to enhance employee experience and retention.
Govern and evolve HR policies and people practices based on analytics and business shifts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Capital Strategy.
Proven track record in designing employer branding strategies, career frameworks, and performance systems.
Experience in leading engagement surveys, culture building, and change management programs.
Deep understanding of organization development models, competency frameworks, and job evaluation tools.
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and data interpretation skills (HC analytics, dashboards, performance tracking).
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior leaders.
