Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and interpret performance data, aiding in the formulation of informed recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in organizational development, performance management, human resources, or a related area.
