Key Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation of organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, job evaluation, and talent management.
Participate in the creation and upkeep of performance management systems.
Coordinate and lead performance review processes.
Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees on performance evaluation techniques.
Gather and interpret performance data, aiding in the formulation of informed recommendations.
Organize and conduct development workshops and training sessions.
Support coaching and mentoring programs for employees and managers.
Manage organization development and performance management projects to ensure they align with organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in organizational development, performance management, human resources, or a related area.
Fundamental understanding of organizational development and performance management principles.
Proficient in analytical thinking and data interpretation.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Team player with a collaborative work style.
