Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the implementation of organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, job evaluation, and talent management.
  • Participate in the creation and upkeep of performance management systems.
  • Coordinate and lead performance review processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees on performance evaluation techniques.
  • Gather and interpret performance data, aiding in the formulation of informed recommendations.
  • Organize and conduct development workshops and training sessions.
  • Support coaching and mentoring programs for employees and managers.
  • Manage organization development and performance management projects to ensure they align with organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
