The candidate must have a degree in Engineering or Construction and at least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in subsea facilities. Responsibilities include making and adjusting cost estimations throughout project execution while collaborating with engineers and contractors. PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• a) The job holder must have an Engineering or Construction degree (degree in Finance and business is also beneficial).
• b) Experience in Project Cost Estimate in a major oil and gas company.
• c) Hold PMP/PECP Project management course
• d) Not less than 10 years of working experience in oil & gas industry in subsea facilities.
• e) Not less than 10 years of experience of working in a prior similar position.
• f) The roles primary responsibility during the execution phase of a project is to make cost estimations for different products and projects based on their plans and through discussions with engineers. To analyse the currently used materials, personnel, and processes and determine whether costs can be reduced anywhere. To adjust cost estimations during progression of the project and to discuss this with contractors and engineers. To research the factors such as materials, machinery, and personnel and determine whether they are really needed
