Job summary

PT Sumberdaya Arindo is seeking an Ore Quality Process Superintendent with expertise in ore quality, laboratory testing, sampling, and mining-related quality control. The role emphasizes adherence to environmental regulations and standards within the mining industry.

The ideal candidate will hold a related degree (D3/S1) and have 3–5 years of relevant experience, with preferred certifications such as POP/POM, IMSBC Code, and CQE. East Halmahera origin is favored.

Qualifications

• Proficient in operating testing equipment and analyzing lab data.

• Knowledge of environmental regulations and quality standards.
• Understanding of sampling procedures and lab equipment operation.
• Understanding of stockpile management.
• POP/POM certification is preferred.
• IMSBC Code certification is preferred.
• CQE certification is preferred.
• Candidates from East Halmahera Regency are preferred.

1. Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.

3. Proficient in operating testing equipment and analyzing laboratory data.

4. Proficient in using software and technology related to mining operations and production.

5. Good understanding of environmental regulations and applicable quality standards in the mining industry.

6. Good understanding of sampling and sample preparation procedures, as well as laboratory equipment operation.

7. Good understanding of stockpile management.

8. POP/POM certification is preferred.

9. IMSBC Code certification is preferred.

10. CQE certification is preferred.

11. Candidates who are domiciled in or originally from East Halmahera Regency are preferred.
