Job summary

Mondelēz International is offering an Internship (Fixed Term) in Early Careers to work on OTC digitalization and process improvement. You will develop automations for SAP-based order uploads, perform data analysis, and support improvement initiatives in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role is on-site (WFO) for 6 months, starting August 2026, in Southeast Asia operations, with mentorship and exposure to cross-functional teams. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Familiarity with data analysis and process improvement concepts
• SAP knowledge is a plus, but not required - can learn on the go!

Responsibilities

• Own the OTC Digitalization & Process Improvement project end-to-end
• Build automations for order uploads in SAP, order checking, OOS reviews & SOA
• Analyze WPI data for Billing 2.0 & Return processes
• Support leads with data analysis, improvement planning & implementation
