Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Jakarta seeks an experienced BI/ERP specialist to support and enhance RICEFW assets, BIP reports, and data integration. The role involves onsite L2/L3 support, report stabilization, and coordinating with users on data fixes and tax-related uploads.
The ideal candidate will have Oracle Cloud ERP familiarity, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills, and hands-on testing experience with Opkey.
Qualifications
- Must have hands-on experience in BI/ERP reporting and integration.
- Experience with data loads, reconciliation and data cleansing is required.
- Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
Responsibilities
- Onsite L2/L3 technical support for RICEFW estate – 139 reports, 6 extensions, 2 forms, VBCS/PCS screens and workflows.
- Fix and enhance business-critical BIP reports onsite with users – AR & roaming settlement, AP aging etc.
- Support Coretax/statutory extracts and uploaders during tax deadlines.
- Execute data fixes and new-entity/ARCS data loads with full reconciliation.
- Build Coupa-vs-Fusion and interface reconciliation reports for data integrity.
- Design and execute SIT/regression for CRs and quarterly updates; maintain Opkey scripts.
- Maintain technical documentation; act as onsite counterpart to offshore tech team.
