Job summary

PT. HAND Solutions Indonesia is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM consultant to join our team in Jakarta. You will lead and support SCM implementations, configurations, and integrations across PO, SO, INV, and MFG modules.

The role requires at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, delivering full lifecycle projects in distribution, manufacturing, or services, and strong English communication. You will optimize operations and drive successful system changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in delivering SCM system implementations.
• Experience in multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations (P2P, O2C, Inventory, and/or Manufacturing).
• Experience with configuration, functional design, data migration, system integration, report development, and resolving issues related to Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain process knowledge aligned with Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support integrations and interfaces for Oracle Fusion SCM modules (PO, SO, INV, MFG).
• Handle end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, order fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution.
• Gather business requirements, translate into functional/technical specs, and develop requirement documents.
• Enhance operational efficiency through Oracle Fusion SCM optimization and maintain system stability.
• Perform business case development, requirements gathering, workshops, design, configuration, testing, deployment, stakeholder management and change management.

Job description

Proficient in Oracle Fusion SCM with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.

Have a minimum of two full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects covering Supply Chain Management modules.

Be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting system integrations and interface projects involving modules such as Procurement (PO), Order Management (SO), Inventory Management (INV), and Manufacturing (MFG), as well as related systems, while independently troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.

Handle and support end-to-end supply chain business processes, including procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and distribution processes, ensuring smooth system integration and operational efficiency.

Gather business requirements for system enhancements and customizations, translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, and develop corresponding requirement documents.

Enhance operational efficiency through Oracle Fusion SCM optimization and maintain the stable and reliable functioning of the system.

Perform business case development, requirements gathering, workshop delivery, business process analysis and design, functional and technical design, system configuration, testing, deployment, stakeholder management, and change management.

Requirements :

Minimum 3+ years of experience in delivering SCM system implementations, preferably within the distribution, manufacturing, or services industries.

Proven experience in multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects covering Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Management, and/or Manufacturing processes.

Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including:

Inventory Management

Order Management

Manufacturing

Supply Chain Planning (an added advantage)

Experience in system configuration, functional design, data migration, system integration, report development, and resolving technical and functional issues related to Oracle Fusion SCM.

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes and their alignment with Oracle Fusion applications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
