Job summary

A leading ICT company in Indonesia seeks a support professional for Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion Cloud. Qualifications

• Willing to travel outside Jakarta for customer site visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct support activities to Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Achieve Service Level Agreement for each issued ticket.
• Visit customers for a certain period to solve problems.
• Develop proper support documents and prepare business presentations.
• Work together as a team with other functional and technical consultants to achieve project maintenance timelines and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Financials, Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Oracle Implementation/Support (preferable).
• Knowledge of Oracle modules (preferable).
• Knowledge of Fusion Cloud (preferable).
• Strong analytical and statistical skills using Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills, able to influence, negotiate, and conduct presentations with customers.
• Willing to travel to customer sites outside Jakarta for a certain period.
