• Achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for each issued ticket.
• Visit customers for a certain period to resolve problems.
• Develop proper support documentation and prepare business presentations.
• Collaborate as a team with other functional and technical consultants to meet project maintenance timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct support activities for Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Achieve SLAs for each ticket issued.
• Visit customers to troubleshoot issues.
• Create support documentation and deliver business presentations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Financials, Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Oracle Implementation/Support (preferable).
• Knowledge of Oracle modules (preferable).
• Knowledge of Fusion Cloud (preferable).
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and present to customers.
• Willing to travel to customer sites outside Jakarta for certain periods.
