Job summary

PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir ( JNE) seeks an experienced Oracle Database Administrator in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will manage development, testing, and production databases, ensure high availability with Dataguard and GoldenGate, and drive performance tuning, replication, and warehousing tasks.

The role also involves installing and configuring Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL RDBMS, monitoring issues, and planning backups. Collaboration and quick learning are valued in this team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Oracle DBA with strong SQL/ relational DB knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle Dataguard and Oracle GoldenGate.
• Hands-on in performance tuning, replication, and data warehousing would be advantageous.
• Proficient in at least one scripting language (PL/SQL, Shell, etc).
• Good command of Oracle tools and backup tools; familiar with Linux/Unix environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain all databases for development, testing, and production.
• Create and maintain all Core system applications.
• Perform ongoing database performance tuning on instances.
• Install and configure RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL & PostgreSQL) and related tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot database, application, and development-tool issues.
• Plan and implement backup and recovery for production databases.
• Monitor synchronization of Oracle databases (GoldenGate and Dataguard).
• Manage capacity planning for server applications and databases.

Job description

Experienced as Oracle DBA minimum for 1 years

Strong knowledge and experience with SQL and relational database required (Oracle)

Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle Dataguard and Oracle Goldengate

Experience in performance tuning, database replication, and database warehousing would be an advantage

Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language required (i.e PL/SQL, Shell script, etc)

Good skills in all Oracle tools and backup tools

Knowing the Linux/Unix environment

Have a good attitude, fast learner and able to work as a team player

Job Descriptions:

• Creates and maintains all databases required for development, testing, and production usage
• Creates and maintains all Core system applications
• Performs ongoing performance tuning of the database instances
• Installation, and configuration of the RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL & PostgreSQL) and its tools and any other tools that access the databases
