Job description

PT Korea Energy Indonesia (KOENSIA) is a subsidiary of Korea South-East Power Co. (KOEN), established in January 2018 in Indonesia. KOENSIA is responsible for power plant operation maintenance and consulting in Indonesia and our employees have much experience in construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and management at KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Generation) and KOEN’s power plants.

In Sulawesi, one of the projects is as O&M Consortium for PLTU Palu-3 2x50 MW. We are looking for the best candidate to support our business activities in Palu, Central Sulawesi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and communication skills to deliver duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

  • To conduct the early inspections and periodically as well as to record the operations parameter of Switchgear (SWGR) on Unit 1 and 2 to ensure the power plant operates normally.
  • Perform the follow up actions in accordance with the contents of Operator Daily Reports/ Log Sheet and Superior instruction to ensure the Power Plant runs smoothly.
  • Perform the comparison identification data between the parameter which exist with parameter indication on Display Control System to SWGR equipment as well as to report the abnormalities and damage of equipment to Shift Supervisor to ensure follow-up actions conducted in timely manner.
  • Reliable performance in accordance with power plant startup and shutdown procedures and quick response in case of problems
  • When operating the switchgear, work in groups of two, and must be carried out after issuing tags
  • SWGR Access Control to Prevent Safety Accidents
  • Perform the preparations that ordered by Shift Supervisor before operating equipment on the SWGR based on standard operations procedures and works instruction.
  • Conduct the completion of log sheet and log book at the defined place as well as to keep the cleanliness of Power plant.
  • Training and job presentation planned to improve work performance
  • Issue and follow-up management of TM (Trouble memo) in the event of equipment failure or problem

Qualifications
