Job summary

PT Super Wahana Tehno is seeking a Boiler Operator to operate and monitor the boiler in line with work instructions, ensure logbooks are accurately filled, and uphold CCP controls during production.

The role requires maintaining safety, performing preventive maintenance, managing steam and coal usage, and keeping the work area clean and compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Halal, SMK3, and ISCC standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the boiler in accordance with WI.
• Fill out the logsheet as per format
• Record conductivity steam condensate in Logsheet for its CCP control and ensure there is no CCP deviation during the production process, if there is any deviation then report to the supervisor (min foreman boiler) and then take corrective action due WI.
• Recording actual use of Steam and Coal daily so it can be traced to be able to ensure the amount of usage properly
• Checking and meeting the needs of boiler supporters (water, fuel, chemicals).
• Checking and cleaning filters.
• Clean the boiler and tidy up the work location.
• Report to the boss as soon as possible in case of unnecessary operating conditions.
• Addressing unfair operating conditions in accordance with the instructions of superiors.
• Implement preventive maintenance according to the instructions of superiors.
• Caring for boilers when not in operation.
• Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy
• Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system).
• Maintain and maintain all equipment (equipment) and cleanliness of the environment (environment) in the work location.
