Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• GPA of 3.00 or higher.

As an MT Operation, you will undergo comprehensive training and gain hands‑on experience in store operations, sales management, inventory control, customer service, and team leadership. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow into a future operational leader within the company.

Participate in comprehensive training to understand store operations, sales processes, inventory management, and customer service.

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient activities.

Monitor store sales performance and support the achievement of sales and operational targets.

Assist in supervising, motivating, and developing store team members.

Ensure product availability, stock accuracy, and proper inventory management.
