A leading startup is looking for an Operations & Support Specialist to enhance its operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on individual with a proven track record in operations management, who can provide support across various functions including finance and HR. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, contributing to the growth and stability of the company.
We are looking for an Operations & Support Specialist who is hands-on, resourceful, and ready to play a key role in keeping our startup running smoothly behind the scenes. You will support day-to-day operations across admin, general affairs, vendor management, basic finance coordination, and HR support — helping stabilize systems so the entire team can stay focused on driving real impact for our users.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, solving problems, and making things happen — with room to grow into a more strategic operations or management role as the company scales.
Provide operational support to all teams, ensuring daily processes run smoothly and the team stays focused on their core work
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across Finance, HR Support, general affairs, admin, and vendor management
Support finance coordination (invoice tracking, liaising with finance team, vendor payment follow-ups)
Handle simple contracts, legal documents, and liaise with vendors or external partners to ensure smooth operations
Assist with recruitment admin, onboarding process, and HR documentation
Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies and propose practical, actionable solutions
Develop, update, and review simple SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation to ensure processes run clearly and efficiently
Maintain organized records, databases, and operational documentation
Continuously learn how startup operations work, how to build support systems, and how strong operations contribute to business growth
5-10 years of total professional experience, with at least 3 years in operations, generalist, or support-related roles (startup or fast-paced environment preferred)
Comfortable handling a wide range of operational tasks — from admin to vendor coordination and basic finance tracking
Strong problem-solving skills; able to break down issues and find practical solutions independently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks reliably
Proactive, hands-on, and willing to handle both strategic coordination and operational details
Good communication and coordination skills; comfortable working with internal teams and external vendors
Curious to learn beyond admin tasks and grow into a strategic operations role over time
Integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information (HR, legal, finance, etc.)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company environment
Exposure to basic HR processes, legal administration, or finance operations
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, or simple operational tools
Experience handling vendors, legal documents, or general office operations
Interest in business operations, system building, and making an impact behind the scenes
