A leading social media platform is looking for an Operations Specialist in Jakarta Selatan. Responsibilities include managing user engagement, conducting interviews, and handling campaign launches. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills. This role necessitates the ability to analyze data and work under pressure, offering a dynamic work environment.
Responsible for the daily engagement, communication, and information updates for high-value users (including SVIP users, family group users, etc.). Conduct regular interviews with key users, design targeted campaign plans based on user types, manage campaign launch, and independently complete campaign reviews and improvement plans.
Follow up on the selection of high-quality Hosts and support the implementation of Host-related policies. Update daily/weekly data reports, respond to Hosts' feedback in a timely manner, and ensure issues are tracked and resolved. Assist in launching Host-related campaigns and collecting relevant information and data.
Support the release and promotion of recruitment policies, assist in identifying and maintaining promoters, update daily/weekly recruitment-related data, and identify and report issues as needed.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tools like Canva.
Basic understanding of chat-room app, or experience in campaign planning and user operations.
Strong communication, execution, and comprehension skills.
Solid data analysis skills and ability to work under pressure.
