Job Description
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects to enhance customer service and operational efficiency at Shopee.
- Design data-driven initiatives to address user pain points, process inefficiencies, and functional gaps in the returns and refund journey.
- Prioritize projects based on impact, working with local and regional teams to implement solutions and system-driven initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate post-launch performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Communicate objectives and updates effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field with >2 years of work experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for working with large data sets to identify and resolve user pain points, process bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
- Proven ability to take ownership of product-related projects, driving platform improvements and enhancing the end-user experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely in English.
- Knowledge of general business processes and organizational frameworks, including strategy, goals, culture, and structure.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders, manage project progress, and achieve goals on time.
